Dear Dr. Honig and Staff:
I can't believe that my youngest of four is out of braces and looks so handsome with his straight, white perfect teeth. It was years ago I walked into your office for a consult with my oldest, Christian. You were highly recommended by friends and our family dentist, Dr. Mehring. As a parent, I felt so informed and truly welcome to the office. I knew nothing about orthodontist treatment but after having four kids for a whopping total of about 12 years or more, I am now a pro and have told friends where to go for treatment! My children loved the games, both floor models and hand held. We sometimes tried to get to the office early so they could play the video games. I, of course, made my way to the coffee and tea bar! I will miss the frequent talks that all the employees took time to share with me. I can't think of any other medical office that I can go to with my kids and actually enjoy! I will miss the visits and they were frequent! With just a phone call for a broken wire we were in and out to fit our busy schedule. Along the way, I made dear friends. The ending results, beautiful smiles are most important but the caring friends will never be forgotten. Dr. Honig's employees are very lucky to work for such a kind and informative man. I want to thank him for the great work, his patience with my busy schedule, great employees, full coffee pots, awesome video games, comfortable seating, various magazines, TV's and most of all, four good looking mouths of straight teeth!!! See you all in my travels……that is a promise.

Dr. Honig,
We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Dr. Honig’s office. Both of my children have gotten braces from Dr. Honig. Because it’s a long process, my family has actually been associated with Dr. Honig’s office for 11 years. My son, who is now 16 years old, was 5 years old when he first went to Dr. Honig for a palate expander. My daughter is now 12 and is in the middle of her time in braces.
We have been treated professionally and kindly throughout our experience. All procedures were clearly explained, along with those hi-tech x-rays that made it all make sense. Fees have been discussed and payments scheduled in a way that my family could manage.
Dr. Honig always refers to my kids by name. He is always polite, kind and caring with my children. He takes the time to explain procedures to me and to my kids. He checks and rechecks the work that his assistants do and I always feel that he is on top of their individual cases.
Dr. Honig’s staff members are professional and friendly. The process is seamless, from the check-in at the front desk, to the procedures and adjustments, and then on to the scheduling coordinator. The front desk help are great. They always have a kind word for me and for my children. They are also very flexible with scheduling appointments and are gracious when scheduling conflicts cause me to need to change and appointment.
The technicians that assist Dr. Honig are also great. They know my children personally and always take time to connect with each of my kids. The technicians also take the time to explain what they are doing and to try to minimize any discomfort. They always use a mirror to show the kids exactly what is going on in their mouths. The technicians also provide all the information we need to properly care for our braces at home.
My last positive comment about Dr. Honig’s office is about their emergency procedures. We have needed to call the office a few times on weekends when something has come loose with the kids’ braces. We have always received a quick call back from the office with solutions for our problem. If we have needed to come in to the office to solve the problem, the staff has quickly put my children on the schedule.
My experience at Dr. Honig’s office has been overwhelmingly positive. Dr. Honig and his staff are very professional while being kind and caring. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone considering braces.

I wanted to take a minute to say thank you to Dr. Honig and all the staff for the wonderful results that both my son and I have experienced. We both now have beautiful smiles! We have gotten so many compliments on our teeth now! Everyone was always very professional and friendly from our very first visit with you all the way to the end of our treatments with Dr. Honig and the girls there. The girls at the front desk were always very helpful to squeeze one of us in if needed and I appreciate that as well.
I would definitely recommend you guys to anyone that is thinking about orthodontic care. I hope that you all had Happy Holidays and have a Happy New Year!

This is our second child to go through Dr. Honig's for braces. We have been very pleased with the service. I like that I receive e-mail notifications of appointments. Everyone has been extremely nice. You have a great staff. It's also nice that you have the video games, magazines and newspapers.
